The Mountainview Gym is closed, locked and unavailable for any use until further notice.
All of the school gyms are also unavailable for non-school use until further notice.
If and when the above become available, the Chatham groups that would be authorized will be notified.

There is a long standing tradition of youth sports in Chatham. The Chatham Athletic Foundations (CAF) mission was to promote youth athletics by obtaining funding to improve Chatham Township’s and Borough’s athletic facilities in cooperation with the local governments.
The Chatham Athletic Foundation, Inc. (the “Foundation”), a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization, was created to promote youth athletics and to increase safety in athletics through public education programs.
Much of their work focused on reducing the local government’s burden of improving and maintaining athletic fields within Chatham Borough, Chatham Township and/or the Chatham School District.
The foundation provided grants to organizations that were exempt from taxation under section 501 (c)(3) including local schools and other nonprofit organizations that promote or enhance youth athletics.
In addition, the Foundation hosted lectures for coaches, parents and the general public, at no charge, to educate and enhance the public’s knowledge regarding sports related injuries and other issues.
We are very grateful for the time and support the Chatham Athletic Foundation volunteers gave to us and our community.
